Manufacturing Cost Analysis

Our approach is to first identify if your product is right for manufacturing in Mexico. We begin with an honest and ethical assessment that includes an on-site review of your company’s existing manufacturing facility, as well as an analysis of your operations. As part of this initial investigation, we carefully look at your engineering and infrastructure needs, manufacturing and quality standards and requirements, layout and logistics needs, cost containment and optimum output goals. Nova/Link obtains all the required permits to cross materials and equipment into Mexico. Nova/Link will also obtain any environmental permits necessary.

This team then trains the operators that will be responsible for day –to-day manufacturing.

Manufacturing – It is Nova/Link’s responsibility to maintain the program at the levels that were agreed to with the client. The main task of the client at this point is to make sure the production lines have a continuous flow of materials and schedule. The client typically schedules regular visits to oversee the program.
